WHY US!
Welcome to Range of Motion Chiropractic! Our goal is to empower our clients through education, tailored treatment, and targeted functional restoration, revolutionizing how they move and thrive.
Our vision is to provide our active community with top quality health care. Transforming their lives through holistic, powerful care, and inspiring a community that champions health.
Here we use three distinct components that are used synergistically to help keep you healthy and your body moving!
Evaluate
We believe in treating the body system as a whole to target the cause of the problem and not just the symptoms. During the evaluation phase, we conduct a detailed history and a physical examination. This assessment includes a series of range of motion/joint mobility, neurological muscular, and orthopedic tests. These are performed in order for us to have a better understanding of your injury and allows us to design a specific individualized care plan to assist you in reaching your desired lifestyle goals.
Alleviate
During the alleviate phase, our goal is to reduce muscle tension and increase joint range of motion by using different techniques, such as soft tissue therapy (manual therapy/massage), chiropractic adjustments, stretching and muscle activation. These techniques may be used in different combinations and during times throughout your care plan as your body adapts to treatment.
Activate
During the active phase, corrective exercises are given to strengthen and stabilize the injured area, to help speed up your recovery, minimize reoccurrence and to teach you how to manage and prevent further injury.
Once you have successfully managed your injury and it is deemed safe, a training/exercise program is another component of Range of Motion Chiropractic (ROMC). The first step is the Functional Performance Screen. This is used to collect information and analyze posture and movement patterns, which includes mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and cardio that are key components in normal function. The concept of the ROMC functional/performance screen is to pinpoint areas that need improvement, before these weaknesses become a hindrance to your performance, or they develop into complete injuries. This information is then used to design a well thought out exercise program (body weight, free weights, and machine weights) to help you obtain your desired goals.
